Chicken Shawarma Pita Board
Equipment

- Bowls
- Saute pan
Ingredients
- 1 pack chicken thighs (8 thighs)
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp garlic, dry minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- olive oil
Instructions
- Wash and trim chicken thighs, removing any excess fat and cartilage with a sharp knife. Slice chicken thighs into strips. Place in a bowl and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine all spices and mix thoroughly.
- Add spice mixture to chicken and toss to coat chicken eveny.
- Add olive oil to sauté pan and turn to medium heat. Add coated chicken to the pan and cook until chicken is cooked through and edges are a bit golden and crispy. Remove chicken from skillet and arrange on your board. Add additional toppings, pita bread and side dishes onto your board. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
