Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 pack chicken thighs (8 thighs)
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, dry minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Wash and trim chicken thighs, removing any excess fat and cartilage with a sharp knife. Slice chicken thighs into strips. Place in a bowl and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine all spices and mix thoroughly.
  • Add spice mixture to chicken and toss to coat chicken eveny.
  • Add olive oil to sauté pan and turn to medium heat. Add coated chicken to the pan and cook until chicken is cooked through and edges are a bit golden and crispy. Remove chicken from skillet and arrange on your board. Add additional toppings, pita bread and side dishes onto your board. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

For the Yogurt Sauce: Mix yogurt, minced garlic clove, lemon juice and dry dill together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
