Apple Cider Mimosa
Fall flavors shine in this versatile cocktail!

- Fresh apple cider
- Prosecco
- 1/4 apple, finely chopped
- Ground cinnamon, dash
- 1 Star anise pod
Wash an apple and cut 1/4 wedge out of it. Finely chop quarter wedge for garnish. Keep extra on hand for an additional glass.
Pour fresh apple cider in desired glass until half full. Top off with your favorite Prosecco. Add a small dash of cinnamon, if desired. Garnish drink with chopped fresh apples and one anise pod.
Modern Empty Nester Tip:
This can be a nonalcoholic mocktail by substituting sparkling water for the Prosecco!
