Healthy Detox Green Juice

Equipment

  • 1 Electric Juicer (See notes below for suggested)
  • 1 Pitcher, for juice
  • 1 Colander

Ingredients

  • 2 heads celery
  • 3 whole English cucumbers
  • 2 whole red apples

Instructions

  • Prepare your electric juicer, so it is secure with juice pitcher and pulp container attached on the counter.
  • Wash all celery stalks, English cucumbers and apples. Set in a bowl next to the juicer.
  • Turn juicer on and begin inserting your vegetables and fruit into juicer in any order. All flavors will mix together once juiced. No peeling or coring required. Cut fruit only if too big to fit in mouth of juicer. Watch your Healthy Detox Green Juice pour into the pitcher. All skin, seeds and cores will be removed and found in the pulp container.
  • Discard all pulp. Pour your juice into a glass pitcher with a sealed top to ensure juice remains fresh. Green juice will be good for a few days up to one week maximum. Makes about 1L of juice. Enjoy!
