Perfect Pumpkin Muffin Tops
Delicious Fall flavors come together in these healthy pumpkin muffin tops similar to Panera Pumpkin Muffies!

- 1/2 cup unbleached white flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup oat milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, canned
- powdered sugar, as desired
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease your muffin top pan with butter, oil or cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together and set aside. Next, in a medium bowl, mix the butter and sugar until blended. Add all remaining wet ingredients and mix together until well blended. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
Pour prepared batter evenly into each muffin top. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
Remove from oven. Allow a few minutes to cool. Remove muffin tops from the pan and cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Serve and enjoy! Makes 6 muffin tops.
